Orders

When you place an order you’ll receive an email confirming that we have received it. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot verify delivery details. If we cancel an order, you will not be charged.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the store currency and include any discount shown at checkout. Shipping costs are displayed before you place your order. Orders are currently paid by cash on delivery.

Product information

We take care to describe products and show them accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and product packaging may change from time to time.

Returns

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Please tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
