Delivery times, shipping costs and how we handle your parcel.

Delivery options

Delivery times start once your order has been confirmed and are estimates rather than guarantees. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the countries listed at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we’ll let you know if we can help.
Order processing
Orders are usually prepared within one to two business days. You can follow your order’s progress in My Account → My Orders, or with your order number and email on the Track Your Order page.
Delivery and payment
Most orders are paid by cash on delivery. Please have the exact amount ready if possible. If nobody is available to receive the parcel, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you by phone.
Damaged or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll put it right.
